Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and execute marketing initiatives across multiple digital channels including email marketing and social media.
- Build and execute social media strategy.
- Leverage different social media marketing tools to automate/scale our organic reach.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social and email data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Create and maintain editorial calendars.
- Oversee the creation of blogs.
- Repurpose existing content/materials for organic purposes.
- Work closely with various cross-functional teams to develop consistent messaging and visuals and implement across marketing campaigns, collateral and web.
- Collaborate with communications stakeholders including digital marketing, creative, content and events management teams to bring targeted campaigns to life.
- Work with cross-functional teams such as sales and technical evangelists to turn customer stories into sales enablement materials, including case studies, references, and social media content.
- Act as a brand evangelist, edit public-facing content including product collateral, web text, blog posts and email blasts, to maintain clarity and consistency with TRC’s style and
Qualifications:
- Ability to design, implement and manage internal and external campaigns to promote our services and solutions.
- Superior ability to write high-quality social media posts and email marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical abilities with excellent project and time management skills; creative problem-solver/solution-finder.
- Ability to manage and coordinate marketing support for events, large conferences, tradeshows, speaking events and webinars.
- Must have excellent attention to detail, be organized and able to meet deadlines and schedules for multiple simultaneous projects and activities.
- Ability to take general information/facts and apply creative thinking to develop interesting stories that engage audiences in a variety of formats, including written and verbal content and video.
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a strong team setting and to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of technical staff, as well as with peers and management.
