Senior Communication Specialist (Remote)
Providence is calling a Senior Communications Specialist who will:
- Engage in broad internal/external communication projects to support organization-wide programs and initiatives, and assists with developing consistent, clear messaging to all Providence Health Plan Audiences
- Collaborate with department leadership and teams
- Perform various communication tasks and functions to support the strategy, planning and delivery of communication efforts
We welcome 100% remote work for residents of Washington, Oregon & California.
Required Qualifications For This Position Include
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field of study
- 3 years experience in communication, preferably in health care
- 3 years experience in developing communication programs and business relationships
- 3 years experience working in highly matrixed and geographically dispersed organizations and teams
Preferred Qualifications For This Position Include
- 5 years communication experience in health care or health plans
- 5 years' experience in a faith-based health system/organization
- Strong writing & content development skills
- Experience developing social media strategy and content
