Responsibilities:
  • Through C-Level engagement and consultative selling, you will qualify opportunities.
  • To understand the various customer pains and challenges, and to educate prospects on Jobandtalent solutions and how they can add value to their current challenges
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities to deliver growth
  • Open doors and identify client needs to find business opportunities
  • Identify and actively address inefficiencies: always look for excellence, constant improvement of our tools and best practices/initiatives
  • Overachieve your targets with a good quality pipeline, focused on both inbound and outbound prospects"

You are:
  • Experienced in Sales
  • Sales career minded and looking to build experience for future growth
  • Driven to overachieve personal and professional targets
  • High level of curiosity and creativity
  • Full native professional competence in EnglishExcellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management, as well as the business and technical communities.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
