National Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Through C-Level engagement and consultative selling, you will qualify opportunities.
- To understand the various customer pains and challenges, and to educate prospects on Jobandtalent solutions and how they can add value to their current challenges
- Identify and generate new business opportunities to deliver growth
- Open doors and identify client needs to find business opportunities
- Identify and actively address inefficiencies: always look for excellence, constant improvement of our tools and best practices/initiatives
- Overachieve your targets with a good quality pipeline, focused on both inbound and outbound prospects"
You are:
- Experienced in Sales
- Sales career minded and looking to build experience for future growth
- Driven to overachieve personal and professional targets
- High level of curiosity and creativity
- Full native professional competence in EnglishExcellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management, as well as the business and technical communities.
- Fluent in English is a must.
