The Manager, International Marketing Programs
Will work on execution of regional programs and campaigns across the EMEA and APAC regions.
The Role Will Include Working On:
- Execution of demand generation campaigns across international countries
- Ideate and drive regional programs across sub regions
- Working with the Snr Director to synthesise consolidated input and feedback from regional marketing on campaigns
- Execution support for Account Based Marketing – the approach/ framework, KPIs and regional action
- Driving a pan international webinar program with a focus on lead generation
- This person will need to be a strong collaborator with the broader international regional marketing team, BDR team, campaign operations and sales organization.
Infor is seeking an experienced person who has a ‘can do’ , hand-on approach to execution of marketing programs. The right candidate will have B2B enterprise software expertise (ideally SaaS/Cloud) and is a team player who knows how to work collaboratively and communicate well. You can easily balance taking a data driven, analytical approach to marketing with strong execution skills. You would be highly organized, diligent and delivery oriented.
The individual should have extensive B2B marketing experience working at either within a technology company and / or a strong Marketing agency.
What You Will Need:
- 8+ years of proven B2B software marketing experience
- Extensive B2B marketing experience
- Experience in execution of demand generation marketing programs/activities with proven results
- We are looking for some with a modern approach to marketing including connected campaigns vs one off tactics.
- Data-driven results oriented in managing full mix multi-channel buyer-journey marketing campaigns to drive awareness and strong commercial outcomes.
- Excellent oral communication and good writing skills. Fluent in English.
- Strong collaboration, influencing and relationship-building skills
- Able to operate in a fast-paced environment with flexibility, and ability to adapt to changes in strategy and project plans - reliable, self-motivated with a strong 'can do' attitude.
