Sales Representative DACH
Tasks:
- Building a high performing sales team for a DACH region
- Reaching their own individual targets until the team will be up and running
- Building long-lasting relationships with clinics, hardware manufacturers, diagnostics centres and distributors
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
- Working closely with Commercial and Marketing Team
Requirements:
- Proven individual sales experience with deals in the range of 15-100k ARR
- Geographical experience in DACH region
- Track record indicates successful achievement of given sales targets
- Ability to build own sales materials and tweak them as needed to address right trigger points with prospective customers
- Past experience of building up and managing a sales team
- Native German
- Engineering/business background
- Availability to travel occasionally (ca. 25% of working time)
- Nice to have: prior experience working in the med-tech industry
