Sales Representative DACH

Tasks:
  • Building a high performing sales team for a DACH region
  • Reaching their own individual targets until the team will be up and running
  • Building long-lasting relationships with clinics, hardware manufacturers, diagnostics centres and distributors
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
  • Working closely with Commercial and Marketing Team

Requirements:
  • Proven individual sales experience with deals in the range of 15-100k ARR
  • Geographical experience in DACH region
  • Track record indicates successful achievement of given sales targets
  • Ability to build own sales materials and tweak them as needed to address right trigger points with prospective customers
  • Past experience of building up and managing a sales team
  • Native German
  • Engineering/business background
  • Availability to travel occasionally (ca. 25% of working time)
  • Nice to have: prior experience working in the med-tech industry
