Account Manager
Essential Job Functions:
- Delivery of value-based business proposals to key target customers in defined accounts to meet in year sales revenue targets, pipeline development wins and market share volume growth
- Strong focused account management of segmented 'Grow' & 'Maintain' accounts – ensuring regular lead customer engagement, tracked outcomes, new business pipeline development and monitoring of competitor activity
- Project lead defined new Opportunities & Account Management accounts through close internal matrix working with colleagues to drive enhanced value for customers, develop new KOLs and outcome Reference sites
- Lead and work closely with ABM & Remote Sales team to achieve maximum listing adoption and market share growth within Grow & Maintain target accounts
- Continuously stay up-to-date with all NHS developments. Assess their territory and the relevant franchise market to identify emerging trends, new movements within the market, emerging customer roles within selling process to identify, develop and help maintain franchise business
- Create and present Business plans 3 times annually, aligned to the UKI strategy, that clearly identify where and how you will win new Opportunities, quantify revenue forecasts and implement plans to grow listing adoption
- Based on your defined target accounts and working collaboratively with your [CWS & Remote sales team] – identify large community nursing centres where targeted clinical / product meetings are required (to drive market share) for your portfolio – with specific emphasis on Complex Wounds.
- Use LINK360 to support the project management & internal matrix engagement of all KAM Opportunity & Account Management plans
Requirements:
- Degree in life sciences, business management or equivalent qualification
- Background in Sales required
- Desirable experience of Value & Portfolio selling in the Hospital and Community setting – specifically more senior Clinical & Non-Clinical HCPs that are key decision makers/influences within the sales process.
- Desirable experience interacting with NHS Procurement, Medicines Management and Tissue
